የ2023ን የስፖንሰረሺፕ ኮታ ለማከፋፈል ባለፈው በነበረው የኦሪየንቴሽን ፕሮግራም ላይ ተገኝታችሁ ለነበራችሁና ስፖንሰር ለማድረግ ለወሰናችሁ፤ ዕጣ ለማውጣት ከእናንተ የሚያስፈልገውን የመረጃ ማሰባሰብ ለማቅለል፤ የዚህን ዓመት አጭር የማመልከቻ (ፎርም) መሙላት ያስፈልጋል።
እንደ አለፉት ዓመታት የኢሚግሬሽን ፎርሞችን በቅድሚያ መሙላት አያስፈልግዎትም። የኢሚግሬሽን ፎርሞችን የምንቀበለው ዕጣ ከወጣ በኋላና ዕጣ እንደደረሳቸው ከአሳወቅናቸው ሰዎች ብቻ ይሆናል።
በዚህ ዓመት ስፖንሰር ለምትሆኑለት ቤተሰብ በካናዳ ውስጥ ኑሮ ለመጀመርና እንዲሁም የወር ወጪን በትንሹ ለአንድ ዓመት ለመሸፈን ይበቃል ተብሎ የተተመነውን የገንዘብ ልክ ከዚህ በታች ባለው ሠንጠርዥ አስቀምጠንላችኋል። ዕጣው ከወጣ በኋላ ዕጣ የወጣላቸውን ሰዎች ብቻ የኢሚግሬሽን ፎርሞችን ሞልተው እንዲልኩ እንጠይቃለን። ከፎርሞቹ ጋር ለስፖንሰርሽፑ የተመደበውን ገንዘብ ለቤተክርስቲያኒቱ የሂሳብ ክፍል ገቢ ማድረግ ይጠበቅብዎታል። ይህ ገንዘብ (ከ$250 ብር በቀር) በተለየ የባንክ አካውንት ውስጥ ተቀማጭ ሆኖ ይቆያል። ስፖንሰር የተደረገው ቤተሰብ ወደ ካናዳ ሲመጣ፣ ከመጣበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ ለሚያስፈልገው ወጪ እንዲሆን በየአራት ወሩ በተለያዩ ክፍያዎች ከተቀማጩ ገንዘቡ እየተለቀቀ በአንድ ዓመት ጊዜ ውስጥ ይጠናቀቃል።
ከዚህ በታች የተጠቀሱትን መስፈርት የሚያሟሉ ከሆን ለ2023 ስፖንሰርሺፕ ዕጣ ማመልከቻውን መሙላት ይችላሉ፥
- በ2023 የነበረውን የኦሪየንቴሽን ፕሮግራም የተካፈሉ መሆን አለብዎት
- የቤተክርስትያኒቱ አባል መሆን አለብዎት
- ስፓንሰር አድርገው ገና እየጠበቁ ከሆነ ወይም ስፖንሰር ያደረጉት ስደተኛ ከመጣ ገና 13 ወር ያልሆነው ከሆነ (ያልተጠናቀቀ የስፓንሰርሺፕ ግዴታ ስላለብዎት) ስፓንሰር መሆን የለቦትም
- ስፖንሰር የሚያደርጉት ሰው/ቤተሰብ ሲመጣ ከካናዳ መንግሥት የሚጠብቅብዎትን የማቋቋም ግዴታ በበቂ ሁኔታ ሊወጡ መቻልዎን እርግጠኛ መሆን አለብዎት * (ከታች ያለውን ማብራሪያና አባሪዎቹን ይመልከቱ)
- ከዚህ በፊት የስፖንሰርሺፕ ግዴታ ያለመወጣት ችግር ያላጋጠምዎት መሆን አለብዎት
- የኢሚግሬሽን ዕዳና የወንጀል ሬኮርድ (criminal record) የሌለብዎት መሆን አለብዎት
- ላንድድ ኢሚግራንት ወይም የካናዳ ዜጋ መሆን አለብዎት
- * ይህንን ስፖንሰርሺፕ ሌላ ሰውን ወክለው የሚፈርሙ ከሆነ ይህን ልብ እንዲሉ እናሳስባለን፡ ስፖንሰር የተደረገው ቤተሰብ ከመጣ ጊዜ ጀምሮ አስራ ሶስት ወር እስከሚሆነው ጊዜ ድረስ፤ ቤተሰቡን ለማቋቋም፤ ሃገር ለማስለመድም ሆነ፣ በሚያስፈልጋቸው ነገር ሁሉ ርዳታ ለመስጠት የሚጠይቀው ጊዜ እንደሚኖርዎትና እንዲሁም ከኢሚግሬሽን ሊመጡ የሚችሉትን የተለያዩ ጥያቄዎች ለመመለስ የሚያስፈልጉትን ቅድመ ዝግጅቶች ለማድረግ እንደሚችሉ ርግጠኛ መሆን አለብዎት። ከነዚህም ዝግጅቶች ዋና ዋናዎቹ ቤት ማፈላለግ፤ የቋንቋ፥ የት/ቤት፥ የሆስፒታል፥ የሥራ፥ የቤት፥ የአልባሳትና ሌሎች ጥቃቅን ነገሮች የት እንደሚገኙ በደንብ መከታተል፣ ማወቅና መመዝገብ ያስፈልጋል። የወጪ ሂሳብ ምዝገባና ደረሰኞችን በጠንቃቄ ማስቀመጥ ያስፈልጋል።
ማሳሰቢያ
- ቅጹ ከJune23 በኋላ ይነሳል።
- ባለፉት ዓመታት የተቀበልናቸውን ፋየሎች እንደማንመለከታቸውና በእጃችን ላይ ያሉ ፋየሎችንም በሙሉ ሽሬድ (shred) እንደሚደረጉ ባለፈው ባሳሰብነው መሠረት ሽሬድ ይደረጋሉ።
ለስፓንሰርሺፕ በትንሹ የሚያስፈልገው የተቀማጭ ገንዝብ ተመን ** (ይህ የገንዘብ ተመን ቤተሰቡ በሚመጣበት ዓመት መንግሥት በሚተምንው መሠረት ሊለወጥ ይችላል)
Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada has issued the sponsorship allocation for 2023. We will use a draw to determine the sponsors among the interested applicants. To simplify the draw process this year, we have prepared a short form for interested sponsors to complete. Sponsors will be screened based on the information entered. Please note that we will not be accepting immigration forms prior to the draw this year.
To be a sponsor you must meet the following eligibility requirements.
- You have attended one orientation program in 2023
- You must be a member of the Ethiopian Evangelical Church in Toronto (EECT)
- You do not have any pending sponsorship application and/or you don’t have an ongoing sponsorship obligation
- You clearly understand that you will be fully responsible financially as well as for all the settlement obligations of the refugee(s) you are sponsoring
- You have adequate capacity (time/people) to manage your sponsorship *
- You have no previous sponsorship defaults
- You do not owe money to IRCC
- You have no criminal records
- You are a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant
* Please note: If you are undertaking sponsorship, you must be fully aware and ready to present evidence to IRCC when requested that you have sufficiently fulfilled your obligations. This means you must collect receipts of all expenditures and keep detailed record of settlement assistance you have given such as but not limited to finding suitable accommodation, schooling, ESL assessment and registration, the time for general health checkups, employment, clothing, furnishing, grocery etc.

- The form will be up until June 23, 2023.
- Immigration files that we received in previous years will not be used in this year’s sponsorship and will be shredded as previously announced.
